Exchange / Refund Policies

Products that are replaced will be replaced with the same color and design as those originally purchased. Returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, as well as a completed online return form (email shannon@westernx.com to request a Return Form). Refunds are permitted only when merchandise is accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and merchandise is unworn and undamaged. A 10% re-stocking fee will apply. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges after initial purchase. ALL SALES items ARE FINAL. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED SALES ITEMS.

WesternX.com will only accept returns and / or exchanges on items purchased directly from “westernx.com” (mail order, phone, online). Products purchased through your local retailer must be exchanged or credited through that retailer (local retailer terms and policies may vary).
